    With a steeply sloped lot and wide-open vistas, the Martin Home leverages its geography to elevate the indoor–outdoor living experience. Towering expanses of high-performance glass open the home to natural light and city views, while deep overhangs protect the interiors from Arizona’s intense sun. The home’s minimalist material palette blends into the surrounding terrain, reflecting Spry Architecture’s commitment to timeless, site-sensitive design.
