This modern desert home features a layout centered around a generous great room, perfect for entertaining, with expansive glass walls that open to the outdoor living areas. The home's orientation and transparent design ensure breathtaking views of Black Mountain from nearly every major space. To manage desert heat and optimize energy performance, the design includes deep cantilevered roof overhangs that shield the extensive glazing. The energy-efficient window systems ensure comfort without sacrificing the connection to the outdoors.
